Lady Letty is a true example of the Proverbs 31 woman.  She is a faithful servant to                                                                                       the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, a loving and devoted wife of 29 years, and a                                                                                                 dedicated mother and mentor.  As she walks along side her husband in ministry, she                                                                                      efficiently helps with the management of the church business and is willing to help in                                                                                      any capacity.  Her role as a first lady is like none other.  She is a down to earth and                                                                                           balanced woman of God.  She does not just sit to be waited on; she will help out                                                                                           wherever help is needed. 
                                                                         
                                                                           Lady Letty earned an associate degree prior to obtaining a bachelor’s degrees in                                                                                             Business Administration and a bachelor’s degree in Business Communications from                                                                                       the University of Phoenix.  God has blessed her with the gift of administration and                                                                                            teaching which has afforded her the ability to connect with people.  Her commitment                                                                                    to excellence has been recognized by those she serves with.   Her passion for teaching                                                                                 and continuous learning has proven to benefit the ministry as it promotes education.
                                                                       

                                                                           As she walks in the wisdom and favor of God, the ability to multitask in several                                                                                                 capacities is one of her greatest assets to the ministry.  But her special interest focuses on                                                                             moral standards of young adult ladies.  She gets excited about promoting positive                thinking and encourages excellence into the lives of the up and coming female generations.  As a mentor she provides much-needed aspiration to kindle the dreams of our young ladies for both spiritual and natural growth.  The women of In Spirit and In Truth are ready to stand the test of times and make a difference in their homes and communities.
She takes great pleasure in the family structure, therefore spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren is a significant part of her life.  Lady Letty’s life journey is surrounded by the verse in Romans 8:28, “And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.”
